Please find below the terms and conditions of use for the Pour La Bebe website and the ordering and sale of goods.
The Site and Products are provided by Pour La Bebe The registered address for Pour La Bebe is 1 Hampstead Gardens,Kingswood,Hull,HU7 3LB. We operate as a small business.
(a) You may access the Site solely for your own personal use.
(b) By submitting any material to us you acknowledge that we may use the material in any manner that we shall determine.
(c) You must not submit any material which is false
(d) We reserve the right to suspend the Site at any time
(e) You take responsibility for access to your computer or mobile device and you will maintain your account and password confidential and to the extent permissible by law, you accept responsibility for the activities that occur under your account or password.

Product specifications and descriptions are not intended to be binding and are intended to only give a general description of the products.
So far as permitted by law, and except in respect of death or personal injury arising from negligence, we exclude any liability for loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of the Site (including the reliance upon any information contained on it). We are not responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms & Conditions. This does not affect your legal right to have Products sent within a reasonable time or to receive a refund if Products cannot be supplied within a reasonable time.
You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the products from Pour La Bebe. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason without liability to you.
After submitting an order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the products you have ordered from us and details of any delivery services you have ordered from us.
Please note that this email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of your order.
The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on the Site from time to time. Product prices and delivery services prices include any applicable VAT. We may vary the prices at any time and without any notice,
More information about the payment methods that we accept are set out on our site. You confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method that is being used is yours and that all details you provide to us in respect thereof including, without limitation, name and address details are complete, correct and accurate . You further confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method is valid and the inputted payment details correct. All credit/debit cardholders and any payment account holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer or payment method provider. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for any charges or other amounts applied by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment or other method of payment in accordance with your order. If your credit/debit card or payment method is not denominated in the currency of your purchase indicated on the Site, the final price may be charged in the currency of your card or account. Such final price is calculated and charged by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider and therefore we shall not be responsible for any cost, expense, charge or other liability incurred or suffered by you as a result of your card issuer or payment method provider charging you in a currency other than the currency set out on the Site.
If you are a UK/EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days following your receipt of goods from us. If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in writing, by email or by calling customer services on 01482 831571. If you do this during the 14 days period after receipt of the goods, we will reimburse you the cost of the goods using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Please return the unwanted goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from receipt. Please return the goods in line with our returns policy. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods you received were incorrect, damaged or faulty.
Exchange on all returns due to closure.
You may return your purchase (or part of it) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it by sending the item(s) back to us. Please include your sales receipt marking which items are being returned. All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition and in the original packaging. Pour La Bebe reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
Any claims for faulty, damaged or missing items must be made within 5 days of receipt of your parcel.
We aim to process all returns within 5 days of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done. due to banking delays, it may take 3-5 working days for the refund to show up on your card statement.
For exchanges, please return all items in accordance with the above. If you would like to exchange your item(s), please state which items you wish to exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
Will it cost me to return an item?
We are not responsible for return postage costs other than for goods that are incorrect or faulty. If deemed faulty the cost of returning the goods to us by second class Royal Mail postage will be refunded.
Please note that unless otherwise stated on the Site, delivery times are estimates. Delivery times are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have given on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
Pour La Bebe will endeavour to despatch your order in accordance with the estimated delivery times. Orders received after any specified “cut off” or “last order” time or on a day which is not a working day (ie a Bank Holiday, Saturday or Sunday), will be processed on the next working day. Estimated delivery times will be calculated from the date on which the order is processed.
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. If the customer fails to collect their parcel from customs and Pour La Bebe has to have the parcel returned to them, the customer will be responsible for the cost associated with the retrieving of the parcel.
PRE ORDERS/CUSTOM ITEMS
Pre order Sprout organic custom made items - Items that are pre-ordered at our store in your custom sizes will be non returnable unless faulty. You can cancel your order, if the item has not yet started to be made. We do not hold stock in pre ordered items, all items are ordered and paid to be made in the sizes and prints requested on your orders.If your item arrives faulty please contact us on mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and images/description of the issues with your order and we can then look at either having your original item fixed or the item remade if necessary.
Pre ordered items which do not arrive with us or are subsequently cancelled will be refunded in full to your original payment method used to place your order with us.
All payment plans are subject to a 20% of the balance non refundable downpayment to accept the terms and conditions noted below.
1.All payments to complete the order balance will be made within 30 days, unless prior agreement is made to extend the plan with us.
2.By paying the 20% downpayment of your balance you enter into a contract to buy the items from us.
0.If your downpayment is not paid within 48hrs we will cancel your order and return the items to our store inventory for repurchase.
4..By cancelling your payment plan you agree to waver the 20% downpayment made as payment for us been unable to sell the items on the payment plan to any other customer while you are paying your payment plan off. The rest of the balance above this 20% will be repaid to you on cancellation.
5.All payment plan items will not be shipped until the payment plan has been paid off in full.
6.Payment plans are issued to the email address you use to sign up for an account on our site - via PayPal, partial payments can be made over the 30 days terms ,to repay the balance in full.
Any issues with the invoice or if the registered PayPal address is different to the email address used to sign up for an account with us, is the responsibility of the buyer to notify us directly on email - email@example.com
7.If all items are returned on your payment plan once completed, we will not refund the 20% downpayment of your payment plan balance.
